This 5-week self-paced course guides you through the 3 Seeds of Regenerative Living - Stay Awake, Connect & Act - and integrates tools and practices to help you nurture these seeds in your life so that you can be more present, grounded, and aligned in your life and your action for change.

We are living in challenging and exciting times. Things are shifting in big ways and it can be unsettling, disorienting, and overwhelming. Amidst the great upheaval and unravelling there is deep and expansive potential to co-create a world that is truly just and regenerative for everyone.

To meet this call, we need people who are awake, connected and in aligned action. These three qualities, when woven together, make the impossible probable and propel us towards our individual and collective potential.

And they take guidance and practice. This is a process of remembering what we are capable of and connected to (hint: everything!) and how to utilize that in service of

co-creating the world our hearts know is possible.

Through this course you will be guided through a journey of exploring your capacity to Stay Awake, Connect and Act through experiential tools and practices that will increase your capacity, resilience and empowerment and help you gain clarity on how you want to contribute in these times.

Hi! Thanks for being here.

We are Eshana Bragg and Rachel Taylor - an Australian ecopsychologist and American activist and writer - and co-founders of The Joyality Project. We created this organization in 2015 to provide powerful and accessible tools and practices to people to ground their action for positive change in hope and joy, care deeply for themselves in their changemaking work, and create community around stepping up for radical change and all the beauty and pain that work holds.

The three seeds from which our work grows and blooms are Stay Awake, Connect & Act - we believe these are the practices essential to long-term changemaking and regenerative living.

This 5-week self-guided intro course will introduce you to the 3 Seeds of Regenerative Living and take you on a journey of tools and practices that you can use in your everyday life to access your own innate wisdom, connection with nature, grounded hope and vision for the future.

In gratitude and joyality to be on this journey with you!

"The Joyality Program brought me closer to myself and helped me remember my connection with nature. It challenged me to pause and face myself and what's really going on in the world, good and bad. I feel more strongly than ever that I as a privileged human on this planet has a responsibility to take action in creating the foundation for a brighter, healthier and more just future."

-Cecilia, editor and voice actor

"An essential tool for any environmental activist to provide the necessary tools for self reflection, re-connection with nature and other people, turning negative emotions into positive actions and forming realistic 'passion actions' which help focus energies into the future. Highly recommended."

-Michael, permaculturalist and town planner
